This purchase is for 4X15 minute technical support for EcoMaster owners that have issues that can not be diagnosed from calling our 1300 number*.
Our technician has extensive knowledge and over 10 years experience with the EcoMaster system.
Older machines or new owners of second hand machines can have multiple issues outside of warranty may require an experienced technician to diagnose the problem vie the phone.
The technician charges a minimum of 15 mins per call. Once you purchase the technical support the technician's details will be sent through to you and he will have a record of how many service calls you have paid for.
*This free service can help you fix common issues and we are also able to send you tech sheets to fix issues that are known.
